(No really, that's my credited title.) This was a fun short-term project: a couple weeks punching up the dialogue for Lies of P, then a couple weeks in London's Liquid Violet studio working with director, actors, and engineers making the game world come to life.

Cofounded an indie tabletop game publisher responsible for the Primeval Thule line of roleplaying products for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and 13th Age, the Princes of the Apocalypse D&D adventure, the Ultimate Scheme board game, and the Alternity science-fiction RPG.

Kirkland, Wa

Wrote VO dialogue, lore, system text, and a little bit of everything else for Middle Earth: Shadow of War, an action/adventure game for Xbox, Playstation, and PC. This game, a sequel to the 2014 GOTY Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, features expansion of the game's innovative Nemesis system — where I did most of my work.

Bellevue, Wa

Created worldbuilding, lore, dialogue, instructional text, and marketing copy for Gigantic, a shooter MOBA available for Xbox One and PC.

Responsible for overall story direction for TERA MMORPG globally, creating theme, mythology, narrative through line and character voicing. Designed hundreds of emotionally engaging quests and wrote more than 50 cinematic/VO scripts. Led a staff of nine writers and editors.

Wrote VO scripts, dialogs, quests, and storyline North American/European versions of NCsoft's Aion MMORPG. Controlled workflow and assigned writing/editing tasks to staff of 16 writers, accomplishing total rewrite of more than 2 million words in less than 6 months.

Designed game rules and storyline content for more than 50 different 3rd- and 4th-edition Dungeons & Dragons books, including core rules, adventures, campaign guides, online game tools, and rules expansions.
