Subject Matter Expert representing Insight on the GDPR Programme focused specifically on data strategy and capability implications. Leading the data transformation effort within a large CRM change programme focusing on data integrity and improvements during build and data migration phases. Marketing activity for the SME and telesales channels

Responsible for the Telephone channel business marketing and providing an in-house centre of excellence for direct & database marketing, campaign management, CRM and catalogue design to all of Unisys. In addition I provided the marketing activity in support of the BTCO fast ship PC products through direct telesales catalogues and campaigns.

Responsible for the database, direct marketing and catalogue operations with DECdirect as well as providing a centre of excellence for the product management and communication teams with Digital. In addition I represented the UK operation in the defining, developing and deployment of a world wide CRM system acting as the lead European driver in scoping the requirements for campaign management.

Initially responsible for the accessories range of products within the European catalogue performing product life cycle management, price strategy, new product sourcing and supplier negotiation. The key focus was on revenue and margin across 6 European countries. As European Communications manager, I was responsible for the design, pagination and production of a multi-language direct marketing catalogue. In addition as the custodian of the Misco brand I acted as champion of best practise marketing for all local countries.
