Provided video support for the findings of the annual report of the Auditor General of Canada to Parliament. This included research and development of written material and scripts, budgeting, co-ordination of staff/crew and equipment and the presentation to the Auditor General for approvals. This contract also included designing of a television production studio for the audit agency of China. Trained studio staff on basic video production and supervised the equipment installation of the studio.
