• KPPMPI is a youth organization that is an autonomous body of the Indonesian Traditional Fishermen's Union (KNTI). Here I have a responsibility:
• Project Planner and Technical Implementation in various national programs such as the Conservation Camp 2024 KNTI, Establishment of DPD KPPMPI throughout Indonesia, and the National Work Conference KNTI 2023,
• Actively involved as a delegate in several youth events focusing on environmental sustainability,
• Responsible for cooperative relationships with 9 DPD KPPMPI and 30+ media partners, ensuring continuous communication and effective collaboration.
• Led campus discussion events at Diponegoro University and Syah Kuala University Aceh.

• Preparation of Conformity Document for Marine Spatial Utilization Activities (KKPRL) for PT. Jelajah Samudera Internasional, Jepara Regency.
• Conducting coastal ecosystem surveys,
• Survey of coastal characteristics and also the economic condition of the community,
• Creating boundaries of the marine spatial utilization area,
• Served as the representative in the technical assessment of KKPRL to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.

• As an Assistant for Coralogy at Department of Aquatic Resources, responsible for:
• Providing material explanation about coral ecosystem diversity and coral species to +40 participants,
• Demonstrating Underwater Photo Transect (UPT) sampling method and data processing using Coral Point Count with Excel (CPCe),
• Directing and assisting participants in collecting coral reef data in the ground,
• Assess and evaluate the work of the participants.

• Successfully collaborating with Greenpeace.id to organize a discussion and 'nobar' event on the issue of modern slavery at sea,
• Produce a product in the form of scientific legal writing on "Parasites in Paradise" about the impact of shrimp farming waste disposal in the Karimunjawa area,
• Help to establish strong team coordination internally-externally, stakeholders mapping and external collaboration meetings,
• Organized more than 5 forums to discuss several issues, responding to actual issues with infographics, propaganda and scientific legal writing,
• Received the Best Department award for managerial skills, advocacy efforts and the achievement of 8 programs,
• Develop harmonious relations with stakeholders in Jepara to discuss environmental pollution in Karimunjawa,

• Lead the preparation as well as produce products in the form of legal scientific papers on "Problems in the Development of Tambaklorok Maritime Tourism Village, Semarang",
• Advocating for problems to the Public Relations of the House of Representatives Central Java along with DKP (Marine Fisheries Service) and Bappeda.

Balai Taman Nasional Karimunjawa (SPTN II)

• Studying coral reef, mangrove and seagrass ecosystems through extensive studies and field research.
• Conducted coral disease research at Legon Janten to understand and support marine ecosystem health.
• Participate in land and marine conservation activities in Karimunjawa as well as sea turtle conservation initiatives.

• Receiving a fund grant Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) from Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia (Kemendikbudristek) for UKM Seaweed UNDIP with the theme.
• Develop and analyze project development plan for Ministry of Education and Culture,
• Secured funding of 39 million for a community empowerment program based on processed seaweed products,
• Designing and implementing an empowerment training program in collaboration with BBPBAP Jepara for 40+ PKK mothers consisting of 10 training sessions on processed seaweed products,
• Developing marketing concepts and launching sales outlets for processed seaweed products,
• Successfully implemented the PHP2D devote commitment for 6 months, including Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
