One day I will work at 'Pixar'...just making my intentions clear to begin with, it may be a cliched dream but I fully intend to realise it! Anyway,,back to the present day..... I have been working as a freelance animator since Graduating from University in 2010. In that time I have gained so much valuable experience and learnt an awful lot about animating....which is a step in the right direction! Working in a company has mainly taught me about the organisation of work (which was definitely NOT a strength beforehand), and of course, working to a deadline. My animating has improved dramatically in the last year because of the Richard Williams book 'The animators guide' and accompanying DVDs. They are amazing and I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who is serious about animation!
