David is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for Asset Living. David is responsible for mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and strategic initiatives. During his tenure, Asset Living has completed more than 8 acquisitions and grown to one of the largest multifamily property managers in the country. His focus is identifying opportunities for acquisitions and innovation management.Previously he provided financial due diligence services as a member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at KPMG and RSM. He provided services to private equity groups, corporate acquirers and lenders, with a focus on quality of earnings, working capital and business analytics. With more than ten years of transaction experience, David served clients in a broad range of industries. In addition, David enjoys exploring entrepreneurial endeavors, investing in real estate and spending time with his young family.
