I was responsible for the operational management of the business including but not limited to management of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing and Quality Assurance. I was engaged to manage and grow sales of Design Technology into Autodesk's South East Queensland Architectural market. Rapport was established quickly and results grew my territory to include Cairns (Qld) to Coffs Harbour (NSW).Key objectives were to educate and sell the globally evolving design solution of Building Information Modelling inclusive of software, strategic change management plans and the professional services of training, implementation and support.Success in this role included consistent delivery above increased annual budgets, justifying the addition of a second executive in a subsidiary market; establishment of the Revit User Group Brisbane (RUGB), the largest multidisciplinary forum of it's kind in Australia, offering keynote speakers and technical presentations; and participation in team efforts that gained numerous Asia-Pacific Awards for sales and subscription renewals.

Invited to join the bravo team to assist develop a cocktail/wine bar culture, I took over as the General Manager and established a long-standing team that assisted in tripling revenue to the eventual redevelopment of the adjoining sites Monsoon and the Wine Room bottle shop brand.I went on to oversee transitions of management at Friday's Riverside and the re-establishment of Rosie's Tavern after major renovations to the upstairs arcade saw it closed for an extended period.Success in this role was the establishment of the first General License of its type and the subsequent success of three business units from one.
