Director of all design and documentation for Greenway Health - which includes three EMR platforms: Intergy, PrimeSuite, and SuccessEHS. My organization consisted of over 25 people with specialties of Usability, Interaction Design, Visual Design/Front-end developers, and Technical Writers.Primary responsibility was to lead a project to merge all three platforms into an next generation cloud-based solution built on the latest technologies (CSS/HTML/Javascript/AWS/Microservices). The modular framework is completely mobile responsive, and extensible by 3rd parties. It also includes a complete design system with UI components, styles and documentation.

- Maintained a software package for Financial Planners. The application is developed in C++/MFC, storing its data in an Access database. In addition to coding, I also made many report enhancements using Crystal Reports XI.- Provided consulting for a remote work order system that integrates with Sage applications.- Provided UI steering to a web application targeted at employee recognition and rewards.
