David operated in the role of Operations Programme Manager for Microsoft’s global business. Responsibilities included:- Managing a portfolio of projects which Microsoft undertake to ensure the company’s adherence to local legislation and regulations. - Co-ordinating cross-organizational entities such as operations, tax, legal, trade, and engineering, to identify and deliver business and system requirements associated with legal obligations which Microsoft, as a company, are required to be compliant with.- Launching new products and services / expanding the footprint of current products and services to new markets and platforms.

Accenture | Global Operating Model Transformation – End to End Online Business Transition David operated in the role of Project Manager in the global transition of the client’s Online Business from a regional operating centre based operating model to a localized in-country based operating model. Responsibilities included: - End to end management of project lifecycle delivery (business group, finance, CELA, tax, requirements gathering / developing processes & technical solution designs / test phase co-ordination / Go-Live planning).- Manage heavy dependencies against various parallel financial accounting compliance projects.- Collation, development and presentation of weekly status reports to the Programme Management Group, including management of RAID items, Change Requests, Eng progress.

Accenture | Global Operating Model Transformation – People & Process Readiness (July 2016 – April 2017) David operated in the role of Senior Business Analyst in the global transition of the client’s Operational Finance team from a regional operating centre based operating model to a localized in-country based operating model. Accenture | Global Transition to CRM Based Case Management Solution (May 2016 – July 2016) David operated in the short-term role of Business Analyst & Process SME in the global transition of the client to a new CRM Based Case Management solution. Accenture | Dispute Management Technology Transformation (July 2015 – July 2016) David operated in the role of Business Analyst in a transformation of the client’s customer billing dispute management processes.
