Led the implementation of a campus-wide entrepreneur program at UC Irvine designed to help ANTrepreneurs succeed in their ventures both during and after their Anteater experiences on campus.• Founding Director of New Ventures at UCI Applied Innovation and founding Executive Director of the ANTrepreneur Center focused on private consultations for student, faculty, staff and alumni entrepreneurs. • Creation of over a dozen outreach programs in the community including the Kauffman Foundation’s 1 Million Cups program. Grew to over 200 events per year from scratch.• Built out a mentor network that included over 400 local executives to support the program participants.• Established alliances with academic Deans across campus as well the Offices of the Provost and Chancellor to grow the program at double-digit rates monthly leading to the servicing of over 6,300 entrepreneurs and 2,200 ventures in just over four years.
