This fuelled my determination to bridge a critical gap in the system. I recognised the pressing need for a dependable and transparent agency that could connect TEFL teachers with reputable schools and institutions across China.Thus, China by Teaching was born, driven by my years of experience as an educator, recruiter, and guide to others embarking on the same journey.Here's a bit about my background: Over the course of my career, I've held key roles in early childhood education, where I focused on nurturing talent and fostering meaningful connections. My experience includes serving as the Foreign Campus Principal at Eton Kids, CP Campus in Beijing City. In this role, I managed recruitment, oversaw students' holistic development, and spearheaded English language programs.Prior to that, I served as the Foreign Campus Principal at Baston Kindergarten, also located in Beijing City. During this time, I contributed significantly to talent acquisition and management, recognising the immense value of exceptional educators.Before transitioning into recruitment and leadership, I gained hands-on experience as a Co-Homeroom teacher at Baston Bilingual Kindergarten which provided me with a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of teachers like you, as well as the challenges you may encounter along the way.Now, as an International Recruitment Specialist, I'm eager to connect with educators who share a passion for teaching and a desire to explore new horizons.
