• Involved in the design and implementation of new programs and outreaches (educational, medical, social and religious) aimed at reaching under-developed communities in target locations.• Embarks on periodic visits to missionaries and social workers in North-East Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon & Central Africa Republic to assess the state of projects and welfare of staff; prepares and submits reports to the International Director.• Monitor, evaluate and report the impacts of projects in target countries.• Represents the organization at international meetings.
