Our firm’s innovative approach combines the best elements of the local business brokerage community and the large, very expensive investment banks. The result is that our clients receive individualized attention and expert guidance specific to their industries. Areas that we currently deal in include healthcare, facilities services, business services, and food & beverage. In my role as Director, I have many responsibilities that draw on my finance expertise. Specifically, I oversee our financial modeling and valuation services to determine what a business is worth and what it could sell for. I also work with our clients to craft their exit planning strategies so that their business is best positioned for a successful sale. In my career, I’ve worked on more than 100 deals either on the buy side or the sell side. Before joining Caber Hill Advisors, I worked as an M&A Integration and Business Reporting Manager at Connect Hearing, as well as a Corporate Accounting Supervisor at Pepsi Beverages Company.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and am a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
