-Develop chemical models, titers, assays, electron spectroscopy, genetic models, various problem sets, and other vectors to increase students’ modalities to learn. -Act as the Chemistry Lab Help Instructor carrying out lab help sessions to ready students to enter lab prepared.

-Provide individuals of various abilities ranging from severe physical deprivation to extensive mental health conditions a very unique opportunity to experience once in a lifetime activities such as tubing, camping, fishing, ropes courses, etc.

-Professionally supported 11-13 residents per shift with personal care and basic healthcare needs.
