In 2011 I enrolled with the University of Phoenix-Chicago downtown on-campus facility at 203 N. LaSalle, for a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Energy Sustainability, one of the only schools offering an Energy Intensive concentration at the time. I graduated in August 2012 and have been searching for a career that I could mutually develop. Currently I am self-employed, doing computer software programs like Quicken and Excel for small businesses and taking time to help my daughter through some medical problems and helping her with a lot of self-schooling with all the missed school days, it seems the school would rather drop her than work with her. SAT and ACT test are in April and May and we are working with a tutor to help also, getting her accepted at a good college will be a major relief. My wife is currently holding the brunt or our financial strategy and I am ready to come back into the workforce and build a new network. I worked briefly for one company that I believed to be a good fit, but I was jumping the gun looking for a career in the wrong place and the wrong time. I feel now is the right time and I feel that I am in the right place, physically and emotionally.
