ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance and Evaluation, Benefits & Compensation and Talent Management• Managing local recruitment division on their daily sales targets, KPI, BD, sourcing of perm and temp candidates, business agreement and open tender • Managing foreign recruitment division on their daily sales and operational targets, KPI, BD, sourcing of work pass candidates from Malaysia, PRC, Taiwan, Vietnam, India and Bangladeshi, presentation, licensing and all work pass matters with BCA and MOM. • Managing HR and payroll outsourcing division on payroll software vendors, monthly sales targets, presentation and supervise staffs with CPF board, IRAS, NS, MSF and MOM for all hr and payroll outsourcing matters• Managing immigration division on international migration, application of Singapore PR and all ICA matters• Maintaining Tripartite and RBA regulation on fair employment practice• Client engagement by providing current recruitment trends, market conditions & creating employer branding• Business trip for overseas recruitment with clients#Adept Manpower #Recruitment #Regional HR #Payroll outsourcing #HR Consultancy # Employers Branding #Staffing #Immigration
