Assist and support the Divisional Manager with the day-to-day running of the Division, as may be necessary from time to time, including the processing of Bid related information on customer enquiries (such as RFQ’s), or other matters that have a positive bearing on the abilities of the Logistics Support Division, and its performance.Tender bid feedback on Logistics cost components, problem identification, reporting and risk assessment.Responsible for supplying the specifications and costing relating to all transport and packaging for tender (bid) documents for submission to Project Planning. This includes in-country budgets for the movement of materials to sites as well as moving stock from warehousing to sites.Responsibility for ensuring accurate, timely control and compilation of site Kit-Ups (picking). This includes not only material knowledge and selection, but also the accurate counting and ensuring that the material is correctly and completely placed, either on the transport allocated, or in a container or other suitable means as necessary.
