•Assist in the construction and maintenance of local houses and buildings•Assist in daily budget and invoice tracking•Communicate daily operations and instructions between General Contractor and Subcontractors •Oversee daily activities of Subcontractors on-site to ensure schedule deadlines are met•Assist in the completion of punch list close-out items•Demonstrated ability to work in a construction environment in extreme weather conditions•Proven ability to understand and execute written instructions
