Own the Lead to Contract process globally for lubricants which covers all processes that contributes to the sales journey starting from obtaining leads all the way up to when a contract is established/renewed and includes all pricing aspects.•Ensure the implementation of system change is in support of a process which includes conducting workshops for key strategic transformation projects such as SAP Nike US. Following the workshops completely new pricing functionality Vistex was required which I have managed from a process governance perspective and also played a vital role in its development.•Completed a detailed process impact assessment in relation to the introduction of Sales Force Optimisation (SFO) which included the system, the process, the organisation and change management and identified the key activities that need to completed to ensure a successful global deployment•Manages the Pricing Design Authority which governs the key pricing processes and where any change decisions are made to ensure standardisation is maintained globally
