Responsible for firm-wide Accounts Payable and Fund Expense allocation process and governance with over $300 million and 35,000 transactions annually. Business lead on Workday system implementation and business process redesign, which achieved a lower cost scalable operating model, fewer manual procedures, enhanced process reliability, and accelerated processing time.
