A large part of my practice is representing insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of case, such as automobile accidents, construction defect and mold cases, UM/UIM claims, coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. I also assist businesses and individual with their contract, leasing, consumer/warranty claims, and debt collection needs.As a result of our firm's significant litigation experience, we are also being asked more and more to provide mediation and arbitration services for other lawyers in the Central Ohio area.
