Running NatWest's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Education Service in UK & Europe. Took the service from running three courses with one trainer to eight courses with ten trainers. Over 3 years, the service trained 1600 people across 85 courses with a 65% certification rate. By running the service internally, the organisation avoided £1.6M of costs compared to external. The service had an NPS of 77.Created the environment for motivated people to self select to become trainers and put in place the support for new trainers to co-train with an experienced trainer, teach lesson to trainers and get feedback and create a community to learn from each other.Enabled to train Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe DevOps and Agile Product Management.Part of the wider change framework team which managed the internal change framework. Supporting the Product Owners to write new and updated content aligned to the SAFe training we ran.

Having successfully lead the Bankline Programme for a number of years, I was appointed to my new role of Programme Lead for International Banking ICM Online and Direct Channels. In this role I am responsible for the Access Online and Access Direct channels which are used globally by multi-nationals and in customers in many countries around the world.My main responsibilites are working closely with the product teams to drive the platform strategy; ensuring that platforms have a technical roadmap that aligns with the functional roadmap; delivery of change projects on my platforms as well as cross platform projects; setting the direction for my teams; and aligning the teams to the new RBS Global Operating Model.The platforms currently have a £10M+ annual spend. My teams are based in the India, USA and UK. They are augmented by a number of suppliers in Europe and India.

Currently in an acting Programme Manager role for the Bankine Programme. This includes a number of mandatory and discretionary projects including new functionality and requirements from a divestment programme.Recently delivered a multi-million pound major release of RBS groups multi award-winning Bankline service which has been recognised by several industry awards for its service and innovation.
