The project plan had to be communicated to all persons involved.Some of the reporting needed advanced knowledge of Excel, and the use of Pivot Tables and V-lookups and formulas.I had a staff complement of six, who are all temporary workers, employed for the duration of the projects. Having successfully completed the project/s, my involvement ended in February 2010.
