Before starting Impact Analytics, Dave Paddison spent sixteen years as a nonprofit executive serving primarily in key finance and technology roles, leading numerous organizational projects that utilized performance metrics to increase financial sustainability, program outcomes and quality improvement. • Coordinate the regular claims reporting for employer-sponsored medical benefits plans, including monthly and quarterly dashboard reporting, lag reports and medical renewal projections. • Leverage my healthcare and financial experience in the role of "product expert," supporting the sales team and making recommendations to clients.• Consult with clients on financial implications of claims experience and plan design changes; Work with client managers and sales team to create new plan designs to optimize our clients' medical plan dollars.

• Managed a small-business loan portfolio of approximately $10 million at a locally-owned, state-chartered start-up bank.• Reviewed and analyzed the financial statements of clients and prospective clients, assessing their financial condition and credit-worthiness.• Presented written analyses and loan proposals to senior management of bank and negotiated terms acceptable to both the bank and the customer/prospect.• Interacted on a daily basis with customers to resolve issues, address questions and to promote strong relationships through open communication and solid recommendations.

• Managed a middle-market, commercial loan portfolio consisting of approximately 20 business relationships and comprising between 30-40 loans ($20 million estimated outstanding).• Expanded deposit relationships with existing and prospective clients by recommending the bank’s full range of depository and treasury management services and explaining how these products (e.g. investment sweep accounts, controlled disbursement, zero-balance, etc.) produce long-term benefits for the client.

• Managed three other analysts in my office and supervised their analyses to ensure consistent, high-quality work.• Prepared and reviewed loan documentation, including promissory notes, security & loan agreements and other supporting documents.• Reviewed and analyzed the financial statements of middle-market companies (revenues between $10 - $100 million) and ensured that all statements were GAAP compliant for analysis purposes.• Assessed the ability of prospective companie to cash flow considering current industry and economic trends as well that company’s specific past and projected operational performance; completed the underwriting process for providing credit facilities (typically between $1 - $15 million) to new and existing companies/clients.
