This project required extensive contingency planning to ensure the transition from the old center to the new one did not disrupt flight operations which would cost airline tens of thousands of dollars for each minute of downtime.• Designed, wrote, tested, and deployed Access/VBA reporting application for call center. Application enabled managers to numerous hours reviewing call quality and operator productivity data.

This application allowed users to select standard hole combinations and parameters from a menu, then indicate on the model where hole should be placed. The application would create the fully attributed hole(s) in the model perpendicular to the surface at the selected point. Another program was later used to query the model to create the hole chart for the manufacturing drawings. • Designed and coded a graphical “welding clamp clearance determination” tool for a solids-based CAD system. Application allowed users to visually and mathematically verify clearances for clamps in a welding fixture design.
