Account Manager
Current- Manage up-sells, cross-sells and renewals for 200-300 accounts.
- Act as a cross-departmental resource to bring overall customer success, communicating and addressing customer needs withSales, Product, Support, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
- Increase customer retention and renewal rates.
- Own business level strategy and partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on program level strategy.
- Establish and cultivate the executive relationship and drive connections with all critical team members within an account.
- Use internal Customer champions and relationships to identify new opportunities, including referrals when applicable.
