I'm a past president of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists. Over the past 30 years I have helped thousands of teens, adults, couples and families transform stress into strength and pressure into performance. In addition, for several years I have been a corporate trainer. I have facilitated trainings with Intuit, Aera Energy (a joint venture of Shell and Exxon Mobil) and Amerigroup. I also am a certified Executive Coach and a Mediator, specializing in divorce mediation. I'm the U.S. coordinator for Life Alignment, a system of energy healing that I use as a form of body-centered psychotherapy. I have also been an Assistant Professor at Holos University where I taught Life Alignment part time. In addition, I have done post graduate work at Holos University. The common thread for all these services is helping people release blocks in their lives so they may have a deeper experience of fulfillment. Our program design was academics in the morning, work activities in the afternoon and Life skills training 24/7/365. The staff lived on site, many with their own children and the students lived either in cabins with single staff or if they needed a family setting, they would stay with the staff families in their homes on the property. The program was so successful and innovative that the National Film Board of Canada did a feature length documentary film on us which went around the world. As a result, we got students from as far away as South Africa.
