Early member of the Futurestep team in Canada. Partnered with clients across North American on retainer based searches at a Manager, Director and VP level in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel, Advanced Technology and Professional Services industries.

Hired to help redefine the Research function at the Korn/Ferry Toronto Office. Supported a team of Partners and Principals in the strategic execution of all searches. Selected as the Canadian lead to be part of a special North American team in identifying opportunities for Korn/Ferry to grow its presence by region and by industry specialization.

David joined Spencer Stuart in Toronto upon graduation from University of Toronto and supported all knowledge and information management needs related to search execution and business development needs for a team of 6 Partners within the Toronto firm.
