Executive leadership for Imaging, Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacy, and Laboratory, Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics, Database Administration. Responsible for providing critical strategic planning, service portfolio and project management, and operational support. Harris Health System is a community owned health care system for the nation’s third most populous county. Harris Health provides more than 1.4 million health care visits each year to residents of Harris County. Harris Health System operates Ben Taub Hospital, Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital, Quentin Mease Hospital, Atwell Radiation Oncology Clinic, 16 outpatient pharmacies, 1 central fill, 13 community health centers, a dialysis center, a dental center, 9 school-based clinics, 13 homeless shelter clinics, and 5 mobile health units with an employee count of approximately 8,600 employees. Ben Taub Hospital (Ben Taub) is a 586 licensed-bed facility. The hospital has one of the nation’s busiest Level I trauma centers. Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital (LBJ) has 328 licensed beds. LBJ’s trauma center is the state's first and busiest Level III trauma center. I provide tactical leadership to support Ancillary Service lines for ancillary/ambulatory providers and clinical support staff. In addition, I provide leadership for Business Intelligence and Epic Reporting & Analytics products. Responsible for staffing, on-going process improvement, operating and capital budgeting for ancillary and BI service lines.
