- Day to day delivery activities in IT recruitment field- Managing all sourcing and on-boarding demands for our TOP clients in Czech republic- Together with Key Account Managers, partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing plans- Prescreening and evaluation of suitable candidates based on clients' requirements and needs- Responsibility for the quality of IT candidates presented to the clients- Support and guidance of company recruiters and Key Account Managers during whole process (from requests layout, through quality check of the candidates, to succesfull completion of the order and feedback) in detail explanation of clients' requirements to candidates in the process and continuous communication with them focused on providing the best quality throughout our cooperation

- Searching for suitable candidates in the IT field (internal system, social networks, etc.)- Processing of business documentation- Conducting business negotiations with candidates- Processing candidates' CVs and interviewing them- Coordination of further steps with clients (interviews, onboarding, etc.)- Mentoring junior collegues

Inside Sales- Partnership management for about 200 accounts- Working on business development and building relationship with partners- Managing pricing and evaluating profits- Promoting quarterly campaigns- Evangelizing HP products troughout retail deistribution partners- Mentoring junior collegues

Práce s týmem 4 bankovních poradců- Nastavení aktivit a vysvětlení cílů- Pravidelné tydenní review + denní stand-up- Individuální rozvoj členů týmu- Aktivní účast na pobočkových poradách- Nábor nových kolegů

- Správa klientského portfolia (cca 600 aktivních klientů)- Nabídka produktů každodenního bankovnictví- Tvorba finančních plánu s využitím spoření, pojištění a investic- Certifikace České Národní banky pro Spotřebitelské úvěry a podnikání na kapitálovém trhu

- Vyhledávání potenc. klientů- Nabízení služeb pojištění právní ochrany- Správa klientského kmene

- "Nábor" nových nemovitostí, tvorba inzerce a dokumentace- Hledání nových příležitostí v oblasti prodeje nemovitostí
