A problem-solving storyteller at heart with a passion for Product and Marketing, I have developed a unique perspective of the tech and media industries having spent time working agency-, brand-, and platform-side. I am curious, empathetic, and tenacious, with an insatiable desire to always find a better way.I have spent the last 14+ years developing and applying my craft for a diverse set of B2C and B2B businesses, most recently as a Product Manager focused on developing data and marketing tools for the restaurant industry at Olo (NYSE: OLO). In my Product Management role I have focused specifically on the Olo Engage Guest Data Platform (GDP), a restaurant-specific customer data platform that empowers restaurant to collect, analyze, and act on their guest data in real-time. My responsibilities include product vision and strategy, market and customer research, and working in partnership with cross-business stakeholders on end-to-end sales, enablement, and retention programs. Before transitioning into this role I worked as a Product Marketing Manager for all of Olo Engage, inclusive of its marketing automation, reviews, surveys, reservations, waitlist, and table management offerings.Prior to Olo I worked as a Product Marketing leader for the largest cannabis marketplace and technology partner in the world (Weedmaps), and prior to that I had a similar role at a high-growth eCommerce Marketing Analytics company (MikMak). My primary responsibilities in both roles included Product Go-to-Market Strategy, Competitive and Marketplace Intelligence, Sales Enablement and Training, Production Adoption and Retention Campaigns, and Thought Leadership and Case Study Development. Before moving into Product and Tech, I spent a decade working across Owned, Earned and Paid Media functions. During that time I developed hands-on experience in a variety of Inbound and Outbound marketing specialties, including Holistic Media Planning, Analytics and Measurement, Performance Marketing, Brand Development, Agency and Influencer Management, Content Marketing, Landing Page Optimization, and Search Engine Optimization.
