Recruitment Manager
Recruiting Insurance and Financial professionals to work for an established 30-year-old firm with 21 lines of business and 80,000 clients. Recruit through various means utilizing standard ATS as well as typical job boards such as CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc. As a recruiter, it is important to be flexible and think outside the box. Recruiting is also part art in determining who will fit or what positions an applicant may have had that will work well in your organization. I lead a team of recruiters who focus on various departments but also recruit collaboratively to build not only individual departments but the organization as a whole. I also am responsible for employee engagement and retention. Developing programs and building relationships with not only managers but the rank and file. Everyone is important to the organization and they need to feel valued. I also eliminate obstacles to productivity.
