I have over 25 years’ experience in T&R studies, concessions development and the Public Private Partnership sector, most of it bidding and financing transportation and social equipment infrastructures.The majority of these deals have been developed in Ireland, Italy, Portugal, USA, India, México, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Peru, Morocco, and Spain. High success ratio including a total of 10 awarded contract in Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Brazil and Chile.Formerly to join VTM and founding ai2 corporation, I carried out my professional activity for almost three years in GSJ and over five years at Itinere and Sacyr Concesiones, Grupo Sacyr concessions subsidiaries. Prior to it, I worked as PPP projects and T&R responsible of the Transportation Department at Eptisa, at a specialized PPP and T&R consultant firm and I began my professional activity at Arthur Andersen (nowadays Deloitte).
