As a Tech Trainer, Sr at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, I leverage my 24 years of military experience and my bachelor of science in psychology to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for surface combatants at sea. I have a passion for teaching and learning, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others.I have extensive expertise in live gun weapon system testing and qualifications, as well as in physical fitness instruction, electronic maintenance repair, military law enforcement, non-lethal weapons, and anti-terrorism. I have successfully led and managed teams of various sizes and backgrounds, and I have demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. My mission is to support the readiness and safety of the naval forces and to contribute to the defense and security of the nation.
