Project Manager that focuses on developing, supporting, and managing our customer facing solutions, primarily focusing on: Streamline & VeraCore.Responsible for integrating Streamline (web-to-print) and VeraCore (inventory management) into a customer's workflow; constantly evaluating current workflows and processes in order to develop improved efficiency and performance for the end users, and internal production teams.Manages all customers utilizing Streamline or VeraCore to ensure the standard of quality and service required by the client is provided. Works closely with local and international sales team to sell the solutions, and tailor the solutions to the specific needs of potential clients, and the changing needs of existing clients. Meets with middle management, upper management, and C-level executives on a regular basis to constantly improve all facets of the solution for our customers and to add value to our teams and services.Responsible for leading all aspects of these solutions, in addition to being held accountable internally for the production & billing of all products included. Directly manages 6,000+ international users, 3,000+ products; and oversees all development for new customers.
