Developed Corporate Marketing standards; established ROI goals and methodology for individual properties; worked to integrate wholesale, retail programs to optimize revenue and occupancy. Oversaw individual Marketing Directors at numerous resort properties throughout the western US from Hawaii to Colorado. Responsible for budgets, advertising, printing, promotions, supporting senior executives in acquisitions, property development, relationships with individual property owners. Responsible for setting and monitoring sales goals (gross and net), ROI for marketing investments, increase visitors and measured loyalty to Premier for both retail customers and condominium owners.

Provided corporate marketing functions, directing internal and external teams with new owner, successfully increasing share, sales and profits. Oversaw brand/logo redesign, intellectual property protection, moved into new international markets, expanded product line while simplifying design. Results: domestic sales doubled, international business grew exponentially. VC purchase of company completed tenure.

650 Professional Journalists from 93 countries were brought into Summit County Colorado from all over the world for one week of professional meetings and skiing. Additional organized trips throughout Colorado were possible starting one week before through one week after. Sponsors included Continental Airlines, United Airlines, State of Colorado, City of Denver, Colorado Ski Country USA and the resorts of Breckenridge, Copper Mt and Keystone.
