Manage a team of 80 professionals in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Plan and direct the implementation of the new revenue guidance, ASC 606, in a complex environment. Helped manage and resolve significant technical accounting and SEC issues from prior years. Strengthened and rebuilt the global revenue team, which had been the focus of material internal control weaknesses.

Jawbone developed and marketed wearable fitness trackers, Bluetooth headsets, and Bluetooth speakers.Responsible for worldwide financial reporting, revenue recognition, equity plan administration, management of cash and vendors to provide additional months of runway. Stabilized the finance organization and built strength as Jawbone grew; then scaled the organization down as the company contracted.

Velti was a $270 million SaaS software company and a leading global provider of mobile marketing and advertising solutions.Responsible for scaling the finance organization for growth, integrating acquired companies, building a global finance team located in the U.S., Greece, the UK, China and India. Responsibilities included global accounting, revenue recognition and SEC reporting. Also responsible for working with the Audit Committee to restructure the approach to their responsibilities.

Avago is a $1.7 billion designer and global supplier of a broad range of analog semiconductor devices used in cell phones, consumer appliances, telecommunications, computer peripherals.Responsible for worldwide financial reporting, global financial shared services, cost accounting, and M&A due diligence and integration. Responsibilities include SEC reporting, planning and conducting Audit Committee meetings and foreign financial reporting. Manage a team of 53 professionals in the U.S. and Asia, 59 employees of an outsourced provider in India, and seven other outsource providers in Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Santa Fe was a $2.4 billion company with a major railroad, oil and gas exploration and production, petroleum pipelines, forestry products, real estate, and gold exploration and mining. Worked directly with the CEO and Audit Committee to build and direct the company-wide audit function.
