Supported SIE's transition to systems change by facilitating organizational learning on emerging frameworks and models.- Designed, facilitated and project managed group meetings across issue areas of health, education, measurement/evaluation, sustainable financing, and systems change field building. - Co-designed/led 5 years of learning sessions for 350+ executives on topics like Targeted Universalism, Trust-based Philanthropy, systems mapping, racial equity, narrative change, power and movement building, collaborative networks, leadership and governance. - Designed/facilitated a 44-member national health equity group, ensuring value-aligned processes, leading to root cause analysis, a group charter and pooled funding process. - Enhanced key stakeholder representation, increasing expertise, access, and impact for the group.- Researched root causes of inequity in traditional philanthropic measurement. - Facilitated funder discussions on centering equity in measurement, supported by research. - Project managed/co-facilitated design of SIE's Systems Forum with systems change leaders, integrating theory and practice, leading to successful launch. - Co-authored analysis on equitable funding mechanisms for the Thriving Together report, jointly published by CDC Foundation & Well Being Trust.
