Ongoingduties as project manager of this product included, continued testing, troubleshooting and enhancement suggestions based on client requests. I was also responsible for 24/7 monitoring of various spatial data servers, web servers and databases to ensure maximum possible access to online applications. Additionally, I was responsible for constant client/customer service and support through email, phone and in person.
