I am an engineering manager responsible for developing proposals and overseeing the development of engineering design packages for changes to operating nuclear power plants. In this role I integrate my technical expertise along with my Northwestern Engineering Management education to foster both existing and new business relationships.I have executed high profile projects for Arizona Public Service, NEXTera Energy, and the Tennessee Valley Authority including the design and implementation oversight of a year and a half long project to replace 4 Instrument Air Compressors and 2 Instrument Air Dryers. This project required the involvement of multiple disciplines and frequent status updates to client on progress and budget. My roots are in engineering and I believe great companies start with exceptional engineering, but they do not end there. Along with engineering, I bring a style of leadership that also applies core business principles like negotiation, marketing, and accounting with crisp concise communication skills.Whether it be digging into design codes for mechanical components or applying frequency analyses to music production in my spare time, I am continuously learning new things. My thirst for learning allows me to be an effective manager in any technical field.I enjoy connecting with individuals in a variety of industries, so please feel free to contact me if you would like to connect.
