I worked closely with the CFO and Director of Finance in creating sound financial and business solutions for the Europe operation.• Process Improvement: Implemented automated integration in our warehouse management to improve sale to shipment times. This was accomplished by implementing full EDI support, 3D shipping scanners, and improved labeling solutions.• Budget Management: Responsible for a $3 million annual budget for system, software and manufacturing automation systems. I implemented a barcode and fixed asset system which assisted in fixed asset and purchasing tracking , as well as loss prevention.
