- Arrive at the tournament site well before the first game of the day guaranteeing that the fields are well manicured, that there is no scheduling conflicts for any of the fields, and to communicate the ground rules of the organization to each coach in a clear and coherent way- Ensuring that the scorekeepers arrive before each game, well prepared and equipped for the day ahead- Handle conflicts between parents, coaches, and umpires, creating a safe environment for the children to play and enjoy baseball

- Score games assigned to me- Communicate the ground rules to coaches and umpires

- Always available to customers via phone and email to answer any questions they may have, or help book a home measurement/installation appointment - Ensure that the customer is located within our company’s radius, and meets our company’s requirements to be assisted- Act as a liaison to the company salesman, informing them on any newly scheduled customer appointments/requests- Enter customer information into QuickBooks
