About Dave Freeman
I am a facilitator, and I'm all about finding new and better ways to do things. Sometimes you need to do more with less, and other times you just need to do more. I like to leverage advanced technology and common sense to address problems and find solutions. Sometimes that comes down to examining the task, determining the absolutely essential steps, and streamlining the rest.I bring to the table over thirty years as an intelligence professional, and even more time as a computer and software analyst. On the Counterintelligence (CI) side, I've held positions in both tactical and strategic units. My assignments allowed me to carry out tactical operations during DESERT SHIELD and STORM, Personnel Security Investigations overseas, Counterespionage investigations both CONUS and OCONUS, and linguistic analytical support to NATO in Bosnia. I'm now a Reserve CI Special Agent Course instructor and a member of the PREP team certifying and improving instructor qualifications. As an Army Warrant Officer, I'm comfortable both as part of a team and working alone, and as an instructor I'm equally happy briefing a room full of senior Pentagon officials or training and mentoring one young Soldier. I’ve managed projects, directly or indirectly, since 2000, including application design, development, internal and regression testing, interoperability testing, fielding, maintenance, and training. I also have experience with the Army acquisition process, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF) that is replacing the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
Listed skills include Dod, Military, Army, Intelligence, and 44 others.
