Execution of seasonal graphic needs for inline and SMU needs in both Men's and Woman's apparel categories. Partner with SVP of Design and PD to expand on SMU opportunities with major retailers within the US and Global retailers.

Partner with cross functional management to drive company’s strategic initiativesDirect the overall graphic design process to ensure that the design team is successfully meeting styleplans, sales needs and emerging trends while executing to the design time-and-action calendar.Work closely with licensor to understand the brand aesthetic and seasonal strategy to effectively lead and present concept and strategy to the graphic team in developing graphics that are trend right, meet sales needs and are brand appropriate.Guide the graphics team in market research and identifying current trends and competitive data as it relates to Levi's to establish key objectives for the seasonPartner with Sales and Brand Management teams to conceptualize and launch clothing lines for several levels of distribution.Manage the division’s store purchased samples, sampling, design supply and travel budgetsSet the vision for seasonal graphic direction, drafting off our licensing partners to create brand appropriate content.Attend trade shows and industry events.Travel to factories to oversee development of samples and production.Recruit top talent, train, develop and motivate team members.Special projects as assigned

Work with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and other Art Directors to develop consumer products and packaging, marketing materials, and all other types of creative projects company-wide, from concept to completion. Execute key deliverables such as photographic composition, typographic layout, logo development, and vector illustration Create design, and multi-task to answer an aggressively scheduled assigned project list while toggling through immediate group initiatives.Collaborate with Project Management as well as the Creative Services Studio Group and collaborate on project trafficking and production ensuring on-time, proper finished product results.

Collaboration with Creative Director in development and executing graphics for private label merchandise, centered around woman's empowerment campaign.

Collaboration with Art director/Senior designers in development of seasonal graphics for Jordan Brand apparel merchandise.

Categories include development for graphics, and trim designs used inknits, wovens, fleece, outerwear and packaging for domestic and global markets.Prepare and present mood boards/wall rigs using print/photography/video, props, trending retail & development garments to present seasonal concepts to Leader ship & Senior Management during milestone meetings. Tasks also include art-direction to create original cad artwork/graphics/print and pattern.Research market trends for global and domestic markets in order maximize on future and quick turn opportunities.Collaborate with Q/A team in managing production quality and cost efficiency through production artist direct report .Partner with VP of Design and Sales to expand on SMU opportunities with major retailers within the US, such as Foot Locker and Macy’s.Responsible for direction and production of art work for Derick Jeter’s foundation..Manage and mentor design assistants, seasonal interns and freelancers, as well as art directing several projects.
