Virtualisation of the IPO Server estate - effectively reducing 1000 physical servers to 20. This formed the building blocks for the new Windows 7 VDI Infrastructure. Implemented first accredited mechanism to deliver iPads and iPhones across the estate in line with CESG Guidelines. Gained external validation of success through ISO27001 accreditation.

Implemented high-return systems, grossing returns of up to £3.6m annually. Led the successful completion of high-profile projects; increased electronic Trade Marks applications by 40% (with 50% being paid by newly implemented online payment system). Rolled out innovative international electronic XML processing of Trade Marks; adding over 100,000 UK applications with turnover of £2.2m annually since 1995.
