Initially, I was advised it could not be done; the outcome was all teller terminals were managed as thin clients. The advantage was rapid turn abounds for fixes enhancements for the Front End Banking Platform that put BoQ well ahead of all players & kept costs down. A later estimate showed operation savings of up to 400K per year.
