Vice-President Engagement Lead - Risk Consulting
Current- Client Service: Collaborate with customer risk managers, facility operations managers and Marsh customer service teams to design and implement property risk control programs and procedures; Conduct field visits to assess property and business interruption risks; Liaise with clients and their insurers; Review and assist clients in the identification, quantification and mitigation of property and miscellaneous risks; Liaise with insurers, Marsh client team members, claims and external consultants.- Project Management: Project manager for all risk control related activities for MRC customers; Develop customer specific risk control KPIs and lead the measurement of results; Monitor, promote and facilitate the adoption of continuous risk improvement methodologies; Propose, develop and apply objective criteria to measure important processes; Review and improve proposed new methods and/or formulate new approaches to the application of risk control processes and technologies; Price projects, ensure appropriate selection of resources and manage project budgets; Develop and secure service agreements with customers.- Business development: Participate in and support new business opportunities; Coordinate business development activities.
