Maintain DNS records and implementing SSL certificates, ensuring that all websites are secure and stable. Creates and maintains SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for email sending domains.Oversaw the migration of 100 user accounts and countless shared folders to Office 365. Manage a team, collaborate closely with management, external vendors, and advisors to achieve IT objectives.Prepare financial budgets and presents proposals to senior executives. Research and recommend new products to enhance IT capabilities. Lead initiatives to improve IT procedures and provide customer service to internal users, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with executives, managers, staff, affiliates, and vendors.Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion of work activities. Prioritize safety by following company policies and procedures and responding appropriately in emergencies.
