Going from the need to create Jira tickets and wait for treatment (it could take up to 2 days) to 1 minute (an automated process managed through Jenkins and shell scripts)- Automating critical manual processes such as DNS changes, executing shell scripts in remote servers, and requesting both internal and 3rd party APIs.
