Operational for export shipments, responsible for scheduling pick up, placing booking with airlines and shipping lines, direct interface with the customer and its customs broker, examination of commercial invoice and packing list, issuing of MBL/HBL/MAWB/HAWB, safety letters and other related procedures. Direct interface with freight forwarders abroad, responsible for providing full pre-alert and surveying the process according to the designated Incoterm.Responsible for auditing and issuing payment order for the invoice of local suppliers, freight forwarders abroad, customs broker, shipping lines and airlines; including the IATA invoice.Worked on the mechanics of hundreds of air and ocean shipments, perishables, dangerous goods, oversized cargoes, etc.Was then promoted to Logistics Assistant for sales.

Redlight held a 2-year contract with Clube Chalezinho for planning and promoting events.We have managed to successfully set up and maintain an average of 900 selected customers per event, in accordance to Clube Chalezinho expectancy in quantitative & qualitative terms.The agreement was based on a Risk Sharing Contract – Redlight was responsible for covering all the expenses with the exception of the event venue and personnel, such as bartender and security staff.As the team lead – my main tasks were:• Setting and managing a team of highly networked promoters, in order to reach the public target;• Creating a compensation plan (Fixed Payment + Commission) for promoters;• Managing a budget that ranged from 30k to 120k (BRL);• Planning of the decoration theme and managing suppliers to arrange accordingly;• Procuring graphic designers and printing companies to provide promotional folders and videos;• Procuring musical attractions, such as bands and DJs, on a national & international scale.
